Zion City is a city located in the Lake County, Illinois, United States. It is home to over 22866 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 25161, It is the 91st largest by population in the U.S. state of Illinois. It is spread over 8.2 sq mi (21.24 kmē), it is the 112th largest in terms of geographical size.
