Yukon City is a city in the Canadian County, Oklahoma, United States. In 2000, city's population was 21043 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 22849, It is the 19th largest by population in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The city comprises an area of 25.77 square miles (66.74 sq km), of which, 25.76 square miles (66.72 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 35th largest by total area in Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 21043 people, 7830 households, and 5993 families living in the city. The population density was 816.8 people per square mile (315.37/kmē), it is the 249th most populated city in terms of population density. There were 8135 housing units at an average density of 315.8 per square mile (121.93/kmē). The average household size was 2.65 and the average family size was 3.06.
