Yukon-koyukuk Census Area, Alaska is a census area of the United States of Alaska. Yukon-koyukuk Census Area had an official population of 6551 in 2000. The census area comprises an area of 147842.51 mi˛ (382910.34 square kilometre), of which, 145899.69 square miles (377878.46 square kilometre) of it is land and 1942.83 square miles (5031.91 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the largest by total area among Alaska's county.
