York Springs Borough is one of the borough of Adams County, Pennsylvania, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The borough has a population of 574 as per the 2000 census data. The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 650, It is the 341st least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.2 sq mi (0.52 sq km), making it Pennsylvania's 101st smallest by total area.
