Yoe Borough is a United States borough located in the York County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1022 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1013, It is 874th most populous in Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.25 sq mi (0.65 square kilometre), making it Pennsylvania's 125th smallest by total area.
