Yemassee Town, Hampton and Beaufort counties, South Carolina is a town located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 807 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 860, It is South Carolina's 246th largest by population . The town comprises an area of 4.49 mi˛ (11.63 square kilometre), it is the 119th largest in terms of geographical size.
