Yanceyville Town is a town in the Caswell County, North Carolina, United States. The population of the town was 2091 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 2186 in July 2008, It is the 260th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 4.68 square miles (12.12 sq km), of which, 4.64 square miles (12.02 sq km ) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, making it the 190th largest by size in North Carolina.

In the town the population was distributed as follows: 19.6% under the age of 18, 8.4% from 18 to 24, 32.9% from 25 to 44, 20.8% from 45 to 64, and 18.3% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 126.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 138.6 males. The median age is 37.4 years, the median age of male residents at 35.5 and the median age of female residents at 42.5. The racial makeup of the town was 926 White, 1129 Black or African American, 7 American Indian, 3 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 19 from two or more races and 7 Ohter races.
