Yamhill County, Oregon is a county of the United States of Oregon. The population of the county was 84992 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 98168, It is Oregon's tenth most populous county. The county spans an area of 718.36 sq mi (1860.54 kmē), of which, 715.56 square miles (1853.29 kmē) of it is land and 2.79 square miles (7.23 kmē) of it is water, making it the fifth smallest by size in Oregon.

The population density was 118.8 people per square mile (45.87/kmē), it is fifth most densely populated county in Oregon.
