Wytheville Town is a one of the Wythe County, Virginia, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 7804 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 8282, It is the 96th most populous in the U.S. state of Virginia. It has total area of 14.29 miē (37.01 kmē), of which, 14.27 square miles (36.96 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, making it the 37th largest by size in Virginia.
