Wyalusing Borough, Bradford County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 564 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 535, It is 337th least populous in Pennsylvania. The borough extends throughout a territory of 0.85 sq mi (2.2 kmē ), of which, 0.8 square miles (2.07 kmē) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, it is the 819th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 564 people in the borough, organized into 264 households, and 146 families residing in the borough. The population density was 706 people per square mile (272.59/kmē), it is the 318th least populated borough in terms of population density. There were 280 housing units at an average density of 350 per square mile (135.14/kmē). The average household size was 2.05 persons, and the average family size was 2.75 persons. The population's age distribution was 20.6% under the age of 18, 6.6% from 18 to 24, 22.9% from 25 to 44, 24.5% from 45 to 64, and 25.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 78.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 77.8 males. The median age is 45 years, The median age of males was 41.2 years, for females the median age was 48.2 years. The racial makeup of the borough was 555 White, 2 Black or African American, 5 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 2 from two or more races and Ohter races.
