Woodstown Borough is a borough in the Salem County, New Jersey, United States. The population of the borough was 3136 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 3360, It is 152nd least populous in New Jersey. The borough encompasses an area of 1.62 sq mi (4.2 sq km ), of which, 1.59 square miles (4.12 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, it is the 335th largest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
