Woodstock Village is a city in the Windsor County, Vermont, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 977 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 927, It is the 39th largest by population in the U.S. state of Vermont. The city has a total area of 1.03 mi˛ (2.67 sq km), making it Vermont's 17th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 977 residents, 434 households, and 221 families in the city. The population density was 944.4 people per square mile (364.63/km˛), it would be the 27th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Vermont. There were 558 housing units at an average density of 541.7 per square mile (209.15/km˛). The average household size was 2.01 people, and the average family size was 2.73 people.
