Woodstock City is a United States city located in the Pipestone County, Minnesota, United States. It is home to over 132 people (2000 census). In July 2008, its estimated population was 124, making it the 127th least populous in Minnesota. It is spread over 0.55 square miles (1.42 kmē), it is the 190th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
