Woods Cross City is a city in the Davis County, Utah, United States. Woods Cross City had an official population of 6419 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 8705, It is the 63rd most populous in the U.S. state of Utah. It covers total area of 3.6 sq mi (9.32 square kilometre), it is the 162nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Utah.
