Woodmont Borough is one of the borough of New Haven County, Connecticut, located towards the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1711. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1771, It is the 30th smallest in terms of population. It covers total area of 0.98 mi˛ (2.54 sq km), of which, 0.28 square miles (0.73 sq km) of it is land and 0.7 square miles (1.81 sq km) of it is water, it is the eighth smallest by area in the U.S. state of Connecticut.

The population density was 6156.7 people per square mile (2377.12/km˛), it is the fourth most densely populated borough in the U.S. state of Connecticut.
