Woodburn City is a city located in the Marion County, Oregon, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 20100 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 22728, giving it the 22nd largest population among Oregon. It covers total area of 5.2 sq mi (13.47 square kilometre), it is the 54th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oregon.
