Wister Town, Le Flore County, Oklahoma is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 1002 inhabitants. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1029, It is the 231st largest in terms of population. The town spans an area of 1.47 sq mi (3.81 kmē), of which, 1.44 square miles (3.73 kmē) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, it is the 324th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.
