Winthrop City is a city in the Little River County, Arkansas, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 186 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 177 in July 2008, making it the 89th least populous in Arkansas. The city comprises an area of 1.07 square miles (2.77 kmē), it is the 169th smallest in terms of geographical size.
