Winterport Cdp is a census designated place in the Waldo County, Maine, United States. It is home to over 1307 people (2000 census). making it the 18th least populous in Maine. It covers total area of 6.55 square miles (16.96 sq km), of which, 5.8 square miles (15.02 sq km) of it is land and 0.75 square miles (1.94 sq km) of it is water, making it the 50th largest by size in Maine.
