Winter Springs City is a city located in the Seminole County, Florida, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 31666 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 32667, It is the 88th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 14.48 square miles (37.5 sq km), of which, 14.35 square miles (37.17 sq km ) of it is land and 0.14 square miles (0.36 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 127th largest by total area among Florida.

The racial makeup of the city was 88.73% White, 4.59% Black or African American, 0.19% American Indian, 1.94% Asian, 0.04% Native Hawaiian, 1.99% from two or more races and 2.52% Other races.
