Winona Lake Town, Indiana is a town of the Kosciusko County, Indiana, United States. As of 2000 the population was 3987. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 4292, It is the 140th most populous in the U.S. state of Indiana. The town comprises an area of 3.25 mi˛ (8.42 square kilometre), of which, 2.9 square miles (7.51 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.35 square miles (0.91 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 138th largest by total area among Indiana.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3987 residents, 1371 households, and 972 families in the town. The population density was 1375.7 people per square mile (531.16/km˛), it is Indiana's 350th most densely populated town. There were 1513 housing units at an average density of 521.7 per square mile (201.43/km˛). The average household size was 2.73 people, and the average family size was 3.25 people.
