Winfall Town is a United States town located in the Perquimans County, North Carolina, United States. The population of the town was 554 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 589, It is the 170th smallest by population in the U.S. state of North Carolina. The town extends throughout a territory of 2.15 sq mi (5.57 sq km ), of which, 2.14 square miles (5.54 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, making it North Carolina's 371st largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 554 people in the town, organized into 234 households, and 154 families residing in the town. The population density was 259 people per square mile (100/kmē), making its North Carolina's 106th least densely populated town. There were 276 housing units at an average density of 129 per square mile (49.81/kmē). The average household size was 2.37 people, and the average family size was 2.94 people.
