Windthorst Town is a town in the Archer and Clay counties, Texas, United States. The town has a population of 440 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 448, It is 318th least populous in Texas. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.53 mi˛ (6.55 square kilometre), of which, 2.5 square miles (6.47 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 703rd largest by total area in Texas.
