Windsor Village is one of the city of Broome County, New York, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 901. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 866, It is the 223rd least populous in the U.S. state of New York. It is spread over 1.16 mi˛ (3 square kilometre), of which, 1.08 square miles (2.8 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 299th smallest by total area among New York.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 901 people, 369 households, and 251 families living in the city. The population density was 833.6 people per square mile (321.85/km˛), making its New York's 313th least densely populated city. There were 422 housing units at an average density of 390.7 per square mile (150.85/km˛). The average household size was 2.44 and the average family size was 3.01. In the Windsor Village, 27.7% of the population was under the age of 18, 6.3% were 18 to 24, 27.9% were 25 to 44, 21.3% were 45 to 64, and 16.8% who were 65 or older.
