Windsor Town is one of the town of Isle of Wight County, Virginia, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 916. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2493, making it the 107th least populous in Virginia. It covers total area of 0.85 mi˛ (2.2 square kilometre), giving it the 73rd smallest by total area among Virginia.

As of the census of 2000, there were 916 people in the town, organized into 389 households, and 270 families residing in the town.
