Windsor Borough, York County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 1331 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 1306, It is the 774th most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It is spread over 0.5 square miles (1.29 kmē), giving it the 321st smallest by total area among Pennsylvania.
