Windber Borough is a borough located in the Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. The borough has a population of 4395 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 4013, making it Pennsylvania's 324th largest. The borough encompasses an area of 2.07 sq mi (5.36 kmē), making it Pennsylvania's 358th largest by total area.
