Winchester City, Randolph County, Indiana is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 5037 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 4601, It is 121st most populous in Indiana. It covers total area of 3.1 sq mi (8.03 sq km), it is the 143rd largest in terms of geographical size.
