Wilsonville Town is one of the town of Shelby County, Alabama, located towards the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 1551 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1814, It is Alabama's 226th largest by population . It covers total area of 10.97 mi˛ (28.41 square kilometre), of which, 9.85 square miles (25.51 square kilometre) of it is land and 1.12 square miles (2.9 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 122nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Alabama. It is ranks 16 in the size of its inland waterways in Alabama.
