Wilsonville City is a city in the Clackamas and Washington counties, Oregon, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 13991 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 19055 in July 2008, It is the 33rd most populous in the U.S. state of Oregon. It covers total area of 6.9 square miles (17.87 square kilometre), of which, 6.71 square miles (17.38 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.19 square miles (0.49 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 40th largest in terms of geographical size.
