Wilson Village is a one of the Monroe and Belmont counties, Ohio, located in Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 118. Its population was estimated at 115 in July 2008, making it Ohio's 30th smallest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.48 sq mi (1.24 kmē), of which, 0.42 square miles (1.09 kmē) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 kmē) of it is water, it is the 260th smallest in terms of geographical size.
