Willows City is a city located in Glenn County, California, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The city has a population of 6220 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 6266, It is California's 549th largest by population . The city extends throughout a territory of 2.89 mi˛ (7.49 sq km ), of which, 2.87 square miles (7.43 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, it is the 709th largest by area in the U.S. state of California.
