Willow River City is a one of the Pine County, Minnesota, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Willow River City is home to 309 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 391, It is Minnesota's 275th smallest by population . The city extends throughout a territory of 1.72 sq mi (4.45 kmē ), of which, 1.57 square miles (4.07 kmē) of it is land and 0.15 square miles (0.39 kmē) of it is water, it is the 351st largest in terms of geographical size.
