Willoughby Hills City is a one of the Lake County, Ohio, located in Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 8595 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 8540, It is the 197th most populous in the U.S. state of Ohio. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 10.85 square miles (28.1 kmē), of which, 10.76 square miles (27.87 kmē) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 kmē) of it is water, making it the 83rd largest by size in Ohio.
