Williamsport Town is one of the town of Washington County, Maryland, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 1868. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 2278, It is Maryland's 245th largest by population . The town comprises an area of 1.08 miē (2.8 kmē), making it the 104th smallest by size in Maryland.
