Williamson Village is a city in the Madison County, Illinois, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 251 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 244, It is the 194th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Illinois. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.56 sq mi (4.04 square kilometre), of which, 1.52 square miles (3.94 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 527th largest by area in the U.S. state of Illinois.

As of the census of 2000, there were 251 people, 99 households, and 66 families residing in the city. The population density was 165.4 people per square mile (63.86/kmē), making it the 54th least densely populated city in Illinois.
