Williams City, Arizona is a city of the Coconino County, Arizona, United States. In 2000, city's population was 2842 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 3305, making it Arizona's 116th largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 43.79 mi˛ (113.42 sq km ), of which, 43.5 square miles (112.66 sq km) of it is land and 0.29 square miles (0.75 sq km) of it is water, it is the 30th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks seventh in the size of its inland waterways in Arizona.
