Willcox City is a city in the Cochise County, Arizona, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 3733 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 3799, making it Arizona's 92nd largest. Its area is just over 6.11 sq mi (15.82 kmē), of which, 6 square miles (15.54 kmē) of it is land and 0.12 square miles (0.31 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 74th smallest by total area among Arizona. It is ranks 18 in the size of its inland waterways in Arizona.
