Willard City, Box Elder County, Utah is a city located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1630. Its population was estimated at 1747 in July 2008, It is the 129th largest by population in the U.S. state of Utah. It has total area of 7.22 miē (18.7 kmē), of which, 5.69 square miles (14.74 kmē) of it is land and 1.53 square miles (3.96 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 100th largest by total area in Utah. It is ranks fourth in the size of its inland waterways in Utah.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1630 people, 517 households, and 427 families living in the city. The population density was 286.5 people per square mile (110.62/kmē), giving it the 188th most densely populated city among the Utah. There were 539 housing units at an average density of 94.7 per square mile (36.56/kmē). The average household size was 3.15 and the average family size was 3.5.
