Wilbraham Cdp is a census designated place located in Hampden County, Massachusetts, in the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 3544. It is Massachusetts's 146th largest by population . It is spread over 5.69 sq mi (14.74 kmē), of which, 5.64 square miles (14.61 kmē ) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, making it Massachusetts's 91st largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3544 people, 1247 households, and 982 families living in the census designated place. The population density was 628.2 people per square mile (242.55/kmē), it is Massachusetts's 32nd least densely populated census designated place. There were 1314 housing units at an average density of 233 per square mile (89.96/kmē). The average household size was 2.66 and the average family size was 3.02.
