Whitesburg Town is a town located in Carroll County, Georgia, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The town has a population of 596 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 592, giving it the 188th smallest population among Georgia. The town has a total area of 2.8 mi˛ (7.25 sq km), of which, 2.77 square miles (7.17 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, it is the 310th largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.

The population density was 215.1 people per square mile (83.05/km˛), making its Georgia's 108th least densely populated town. In the town the population is diverse age-wise, with 25.5% under the age of 18, 10.1% from 18 to 24, 26.8% from 25 to 44, 23.2% from 45 to 64, and 14.4% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 94.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.9 males. The median age is 36 years, the median age of male residents at 35.4 and the median age of female residents at 36.6. The racial or ethnic makeup of the town was 490 White, 100 Black or African American, 1 American Indian, 1 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 4 from two or more races and Ohter races.
