White Plains City is a city located in Greene County, Georgia, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 283 as per the Census data. The city encompasses an area of 4.6 mi˛ (11.91 sq km), it is the 182nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.
