White Pine County, Nevada


White Pine County is a one of the county from Nevada's 17 counties, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. The county has a population of 9181 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 9199, It is the tenth most populous county in the U.S. state of Nevada. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 8896.6 sq mi (23042.09 kmē), of which, 8875.98 square miles (22988.68 kmē) of it is land and 20.62 square miles (53.41 kmē) of it is water, making it Nevada's fifth largest county by total area. It is ranks tenth in the size of its inland waterways in Nevada.
