White Hall City is a city located in Jefferson County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. It is home to over 4732 people (2000 census). It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 5121, making it the 65th most populous in Arkansas. The city encompasses an area of 6.84 sq mi (17.72 sq km), making it the 78th largest by size in Arkansas.
