White County is a county located in the United States of Indiana. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the White County is home to 25267 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the county is 23800, making it the 29th least populous county in Indiana. It covers total area of 508.8 miē (1317.79 kmē), of which, 505.24 square miles (1308.57 kmē) of it is land and 3.56 square miles (9.22 kmē) of it is water, it is the 11th largest in terms of geographical size.
