White Bear Lake City is a city in the Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. The population of the city was 24325 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 24095 in July 2008, It is 34th most populous in Minnesota. It is spread over 8.69 mi˛ (22.51 sq km), of which, 8.18 square miles (21.19 sq km ) of it is land and 0.51 square miles (1.32 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 108th largest by total area among Minnesota.
