Wheeler City is a city located in the Tillamook County, Oregon, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 391 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 389, It is the 65th least populous in the U.S. state of Oregon. The city encompasses an area of 0.72 sq mi (1.86 sq km), making it the 80th smallest by size in Oregon.
