Wheatland City is a United States city located in the Yuba County, California, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 2275 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 3591, making it the 305th least populous in California. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.76 sq mi (1.97 square kilometre ), it is the 92nd smallest by area in the U.S. state of California.
