Wexford County is a county in the United States of Michigan. In 2000, county's population was 30484 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 31673, making it Michigan's 47th largest county. The county has a total area of 575.84 square miles (1491.42 square kilometre), of which, 565.49 square miles (1464.61 square kilometre) of it is land and 10.35 square miles (26.81 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 22nd smallest by total area in Michigan.

As of July 2008, the estimated population of the county is 31673, The racial makeup of the county was 96.91% White, 0.54% Black or African American, 0.85% American Indian, 0.59% Asian, 0.03% Native Hawaiian, and 1.08% from two or more races.
