According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 229, It is the 34th least populous in the U.S. state of Florida. The town extends throughout a territory of 7.45 miē (19.3 kmē ), of which, 7.27 square miles (18.83 kmē) of it is land and 0.18 square miles (0.47 kmē) of it is water, making it Florida's 240th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 221 people in the town, organized into 94 households, and 64 families living in the town.
